General Insurance Administrator

The ROLE The General Insurance Associate provides reliable, detail-oriented support, helping manage documentation, records, renewals, and claims. You are the kabaro of the senior account team with daily tasks, ensuring a smooth client experience while advisors focus on relationships and strategy. What YOU’LL DO Prepare and send FSGs, cover confirmations, and other compliance documents.

Manage client emails and follow-ups, escalating when needed. Update and maintain client and policy records. Assist with renewal documents, schedules, and certificates of currency. Monitor outstanding premiums, endorsements, and policy changes. Manage shared mailboxes and ensure accurate digital filing. Support renewals by gathering terms and completing documentation.

Track claim progress and follow up with insurers and clients. Maintain claim notes and documentation. Provide timely updates and escalate complex claims when required. Support diary and task management for senior team members. Track policy dates, reminders, and action items. Complete workflow tasks accurately and on time.

Coordinate with internal team members and insurers for information and documentation. Help ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Requirements
