Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor of Anatomy

Our client is a well-established private education group with multi-campus presence in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Prepare lesson plans, scheme of work, tutorials, assignments and class discussion. Utilize the learning management system to maximize student learning. Prepare teaching materials such as teaching notes, manuals, slides, reading for student learning. Develop, review and update all lesson plans, schemes of work, syllabi from time to time to reflect current practice.

Prepare test/examination questions together with appropriate marking scheme in timely manner. Prepare/update portfolio for every course taught. Act as academic advisor/mentor to students and offer pastoral support. Research Responsibilities: Participate actively in research and related scholarly activities & secure research grants Supervise research students at undergraduate/ postgraduate levels Achieve specified set of research outcomes in terms of publications, conference proceedings etc.

Administrative Responsibilities: Coordinate the biostatistics/ public health/ community medicine modules Engage in the preparation of ISO and MQA documents for the above modules Any other administrative duties as required from time to time by the Dean/Head/Program Leader Requirements Job Requirements Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS) and Master or PhD in Medicine or any equivalent At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in teaching at College/University level Research and publication proven track record
