Responsibilities
/ Tasks Execute and support installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance and Training at site. Knowledge of extrusion, raw materials bindings and 2D, 3D, multilayer snacks and pasta processing. Delivery of top-quality service execution and Identify customer needs. Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues.
Generate new opportunities for Spare parts, upgrades, tooling and services To follow the internal expenses and travel policies Execute the service of plant retrofits / upgrades. Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship. Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service. Willingness to travel within the country and Globally at least 70% of annual working days Your Profile / Qualifications Diploma/Bachelors or Technical Degree preferred Strong electrical aptitude, including motors, AC & servo drives, electrical circuitry, PLC, and PC based control systems Strong mechanical aptitude including power transmission systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Experienced troubleshooter on electro-mechanical systems. Strong customer service orientation with a “do whatever it takes” attitude. Able to multi-task and work under extreme pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently.. Be able to read/understand blueprints, and mechanical/electrical drawings.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to evaluate and solve problems in a logical manner. Knowledge of Mechanical drawings and electrical circuits, wiring, and schematics. Knowledge of English, knowledge of another language appreciated
