Maintenance Plumber

We are currently looking to fill a temp to perm job role for a Maintenance Plumber to work at a large commercial building based near to Kings Cross, London. Work for an internationally renowned company. Salary offered up to £30, 200 pa + benefits. Working hours Monday to Friday 35hrs pw JOB DUTIES Carrying out plumbing maintenance duties, planned and reactive as well as multi skilled maintenance works.

Ensure upkeep of the plant room and workshop is kept clean. Undertake risk assessments before any maintenance works are undertaken. To work as part of the maintenance team to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient maintenance service. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideal candidate will hold a recognised qualification or apprenticeship in a Plumbing trade discipline.

Experience with commercial plumbing systems, boilers, chillers, pumps and HVAC systems. Able to work alone, cover outside normal working hours. Willingness to undertake training and able to participate in an out of hours rota. JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Plumber job is based near to Kings Cross station, London N1 9AL.
