Disaster Reservist
Job description
The Peers Disaster Reservist Program was created to build a corps of trained and experienced professionals who can be activated on an as-needed basis to meet staffing needs during emergencies. This program maintains a database of individuals with critical skills that can be rapidly deployed to support disaster response and recovery efforts.
Disaster Reservists may come from a variety of professional backgrounds, including logistics, public health, social services, engineering, case management, or emergency management. Retired professionals, as well as individuals with private-sector or nonprofit experience, are encouraged to apply. Please complete all required fields.
Submitting this application expresses your interest in being part of the Peers Disaster Reservist corps. Reservists may be contracted and deployed during emergency or disaster operations. Required training and deployment availability are conditions of participation.
