Job Description Travel Product Specialist Position: Travel Product Specialist at ikhlas.com Level: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Department: Travel (Leisure) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia We’re looking for a Travel Product Specialist to join our Travel team and work closely with the Head of Travel to develop, launch and grow our Muslim-travel product portfolio.

What You’ll Do Develop and manage Muslim-friendly travel products for outbound and inbound, GIT, FIT and MICE. Research new destinations, trends and market opportunities. Build itineraries, costing, pricing and commercial packages. Source, negotiate and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs and travel suppliers.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to launch and grow products. Monitor product performance, profitability and customer feedback. What We’re Looking For 4-7 years’ experience in travel agency, tour operations, tourism or travel product development. Strong knowledge of outbound/inbound travel and package development.

Good understanding of costing, pricing, margins and profitability. Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills. Commercially driven, analytical and highly organised. Hands-on, proactive and execution-focused. Passionate about travel and understanding the Muslim travel market. Willing to travel when required.
