We are currently looking for a General Virtual Assistant who will help deliver outstanding customer support and contribute to our continued success.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support and manage client communications Handle calls and email inquiries Perform administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliance, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management Assist with marketing and social media management Follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Stay updated on changes to SOPs and company guidelines Represent Virtuallyin.
