Job Title: Electrical / Electronic Technician فنّي كهرباء وإلكترونيات Job Summary Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of doors, garage doors, automated systems, and security systems, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair different types of doors, including automatic doors and garage doors. Install, configure, and maintain security systems and related electronic equipment. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure proper equipment functionality. Diagnose technical faults and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.

Identify defective components and carry out the necessary repairs or replacements. Test installed and repaired systems to ensure they are operating correctly and safely. Ensure all assigned jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to quality standards. Follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and company guidelines.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition. Provide basic technical guidance to customers when required. المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح مختلف أنواع الأبواب، بما فيها الأبواب الأوتوماتيكية وأبواب الكراجات.
• تركيب وضبط وصيانة أنظمة الحماية والأمان والمعدات الإلكترونية المرتبطة بها.
• إجراء الفحوصات الدورية والصيانة الوقائية لضمان كفاءة عمل المعدات والأنظمة.
• تشخيص الأعطال الفنية ومعالجة المشكلات الكهربائية والإلكترونية والميكانيكية.
• تحديد القطع التالفة وتنفيذ أعمال الإصلاح أو الاستبدال اللازمة.
• اختبار الأنظمة بعد تركيبها أو صيانتها للتأكد من عملها بشكل صحيح وآمن.
• التأكد من إنجاز جميع الأعمال المكلّف بها بدقة وجودة عالية وضمن الوقت المحدد.
• الالتزام بالتعليمات الفنية وإجراءات السلامة ومعايير العمل المعتمدة.
• المحافظة على الأدوات والمعدات المستخدمة والتأكد من جاهزيتها.
• تقديم الإرشادات الفنية الأساسية للعملاء عند الحاجة.

Requirements

Qualifications

& Requirements Lebanese nationality. BT, TS, or equivalent technical certificate from a recognized educational institution, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic systems. Previous experience in installation, repair, or maintenance is an advantage.

Knowledge of automatic doors, garage doors, access control, or security systems is a plus. Basic computer literacy. Good command of English. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• أن يكون المتقدّم لبنانياً.
• حيازة شهادة BT أو TS أو شهادة فنية معادلة من مؤسسة تعليمية معترف بها، ويفضّل أن تكون في اختصاص الكهرباء أو الإلكترونيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
• معرفة أساسية بالأنظمة الكهربائية والإلكترونية.
• يُفضّل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال التركيب أو الصيانة أو الإصلاح.
• تُعتبر المعرفة بالأبواب الأوتوماتيكية ومحركات الكراجات وأنظمة التحكم بالدخول وأنظمة الحماية ميزة إضافية.
• إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر.
• مستوى جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية.
• امتلاك مهارات التشخيص الفني وحل المشكلات.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
