HR Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional (around CIPD 5) to join a government backed organisation that bridges public funding and private enterprise to boost the local economy. The successful candidate will work to ensure legal compliance, manage employee relations, help with any sensitive disciplinary and grievance procedures, and update company policies to reflect evolving UK employment legislation.

As a trusted advisor to management, they will blend strategic foresight with hands-on expertise to mitigate employment risk, maintain fair workplace practices, and ensure the organisation remains fully compliant with the latest statutory regulations. Part time: c 20hours/week Salary: c £50k FTE Remote with some meetings in Oxford FTC initially to Christmas 2026
