HVAC Technician

As HVAC Technician you will be responsible for handling HVAC and Operation & Maintenance of equipment related to HVAC system and Chilling Plant.

Key responsibilities

& Accountability: To monitor and control critical HVAC parameters through HVAC To operate and maintain the chilling plant, cooling towers, and accessories. To carry out Preventive Maintenance jobs and breakdown jobs in HVAC and chilling plant equipment like AHUs, FCUs, DX Units, Air Cooled & Water Cooled Chillers. To support with data and trends analysis for daily reporting.

To support with data for Spares, Consumables and Chemicals management. To support with information and data for SOP writing. To log parameters, PM records in a structured SOP format. To follow safety rules at work place.

Qualifications

• Education Diploma (3 years course) or ITI (2 years course) Electrical / Refrigeration & AC Engineering.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Operation & Maintenance of HVAC Systems. Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC system equipment Key Competencies: Spoken and Written English Communication Skills. Documentation and Reporting Skills. Technical Competencies: Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation knowledge & troubleshooting skills.
