Part-Time Remote Telehealth Physician (PA or LA License)

You will utilize advanced in-home diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities to diagnose and treat acute symptoms.

You will tailor treatment plans, identify readmission risk factors, and engage patients and their families in education and problem-solving, leading to lower hospitalization rates. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring seamless patient care.
