Sous Chef

We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to play a pivotal role in our kitchen team. 74 Duke is beautifully designed space which offers an exceptional dining and drinking experience, combining high-quality cuisine with a world-class cocktail and beverage program in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere from morning to night.

It is one of the latest addition to BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognised food concepts, including NAC, Le Cafe NAC, Crème, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Hospitality is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional ready to take on a leadership role, working closely with our Head Chef to deliver exceptional food quality and maintain our high standards. As our Sous Chef, you’ll be essential to the day-to-day management of our kitchen, from overseeing food preparation to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our standards of excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about French cuisine, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a team-focused, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef, ensuring service runs smoothly and standards are met.

Manage and inspire the kitchen brigade , providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high morale and professional growth. Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning, recipe adherence, and food quality control. Ensure food presentation and quality are consistently exceptional, meeting our guests' high expectations.

Uphold health and safety standards and ensure all kitchen staff follow best practices. Assist in stock and cost control , managing orders and minimising waste to support budget goals.
