1st Shift Human Resources Supervisor/Generalist

As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we’re looking for an experienced HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR. on 1st Shift in our Spring Hill, TN facility. Role: Lead HR functions on-site, focusing on workforce recruitment, training, employee relations, and data integrity for HRIS.

Responsibilities

Support safety programs, manage payroll/time attendance, enforce policies, oversee new hire orientation, and participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.

Requirements

3+ years in HR within manufacturing/3PL, strong HR and business skills, proficiency in employment law, benefits administration, Microsoft Office, and UKG Pro or similar.

Education

Bachelor's in Business/HR field; HR certification preferred. Shift: 2nd (Mon-Fri, 7 am- 4 pm).
