Job description
Dice Operator Royer Corporation is seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Machine Operators in our dice room. This position is responsible for efficiently operating production machinery to manufacture products that meet customer requirements for quality, cost, and delivery while utilizing the most economical production methods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Produce products that meet customer quality standards and production requirements. Follow work instructions and production schedules. Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Adhere to the rules outlined in the Royer Company Handbook. Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. Team members are expected to perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor or management, as demands require.
Qualifications
Excellent attendance record. Strong commitment to workplace safety. Attention to detail. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability and willingness to cross-train in multiple departments. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Willingness to work in a hot production environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties throughout the shift.
Work Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing and production environment. Position may require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and other physical activities associated with the production environment. Must be willing to work the assigned shift and overtime as production needs require. Must follow all company safety requirements and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
Available Shifts & Starting Pay Shift 1A Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour Shift 1B Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Thursday: 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour Shift 2A Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Friday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Starting Pay: $17.
00 per hour Shift 2B Thursday: 1:00 AM – 7:00 AM Friday – Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour Employee Benefits: Industrial Clinic Access Beginning the first day of the month following hire, employees have access to our Industrial Clinic at Britt Family Medicine for both convenient care and primary care services.
