• Financial Services Job Description: Financial Processing: Post journals and perform reconciliations for assigned properties. Process invoices (PO and non-PO) and manage payables. Authorize payments within defined limits. Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting packs and complete quarterly reporting. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all submissions. Cash Flow Management: Handle simple cash flow activities and monitor property-level transactions. Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for transactional queries. Maintain professional communication and escalate complex issues to MA/SMA. Compliance & Controls: Support audit readiness and documentation requirements.
