About the role

As an SAP BDC & AI Program Manager (m/f/d/x) you will play a key role in the strategic development of our customers’ data and AI landscapes. You will define the vision and roadmap for SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), connecting innovative technologies with concrete business needs. This role goes beyond managing individual projects.

You will identify opportunities, provide strategic direction and develop new solutions and use cases together with business consultants, IT and other stakeholders. You will provide clarity, set priorities and turn ideas into scalable solutions that deliver real value. Your main responsibilities will include: Program and project management: Own the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives, from initial design through go-live, and ensure project objectives are achieved.

SAP BDC and AI expertise: Drive the implementation and development of solutions in SAP Business Data Cloud, and integrate AI applications to advance our data analytics and business intelligence strategies. Stakeholder management: Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate requirements and ensure smooth collaboration.

Strategic development: Identify opportunities for innovative SAP BDC and AI solutions and make a significant contribution to modernizing and improving the efficiency of our business processes. With your strategic perspective, enthusiasm for innovation and understanding of the SAP ecosystem, you will actively shape technological transformation.

Your profile

In addition to a degree in business information systems or a related field, you have extensive experience in program management and leading complex projects. You have a proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate with diverse groups, along with deep expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and comprehensive knowledge of SAP Business Intelligence (BI)..

You also have: Hands-on experience with AI applications in SAP BI environments. Knowledge of agile project management methods and cloud transformation projects. Experience with the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology. Extensive experience in SAP solution architecture. Fluency in German and English (C1 level).
