What You'll Do

Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Prospect, network, and generate leads through referrals, community involvement, and business development activities. Identify client needs and provide Commercial Property & Casualty and/or Employee Benefits solutions. Build and grow a book of business.

Collaborate with service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Participate in sales training, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
