Clinical Nursing Instructor I

The Clinical Education Department is responsible for the assessment and preparation of international healthcare professionals to practice in the United States. The department also serves ongoing educational and remediation needs for healthcare professionals at all stages of their employment with Avant.

The Clinical Nursing Instructor I is responsible for teaching experienced international healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the classroom, skills lab, and clinical environments. This role will need to assess HCPs progress and learning needs in a timely manner during the three-week Clinical Transitions Program (CTP). The Clinical Nursing Instructor I will also validate the clinical skills of HCPs to ensure their skills and practice align with U.S. nursing.
