Store Manager - Kalburgi

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces. Handle customer queries effectively and escalate complex issues. Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including features and benefits. Communicate product value and support store sales targets. Stay updated on new collections and promotions. Adapt to shift timings, store requirements, and transfers within the cluster.

Maintain punctuality and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Support store operations such as deliveries, online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and visually appealing. Follow SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Show sensitivity while addressing customer concerns and use good judgment in difficult situations.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree Total 5+ years of retail experience in the fashion industry, min 2 years of experience as a store manager or assistant store manager handled a team of 5+ people. ● Expert in Microsoft office. ● Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. ● Exceptional customer service orientation with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

● Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth and efficient store operations. ● Strong team leadership skills to lead and inspire a team. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction and conflict resolution. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

● Proficiency in store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management. ● Understanding of inventory management and loss prevention.
