We are seeking a Staff Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience and grow within our geotechnical division. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and technical staff on meaningful projects that shape the built environment.

Compensation:$75,000 to 90,000 annual salary Location: Centennial, CO FLSA Exemption:Exempt Schedule: Hours may vary

What you'll be doing:**

Plan and conduct geotechnical exploration programs

Perform field and laboratory investigations to assess subsurface and site conditions

Analyze geotechnical findings and perform engineering calculations

Prepare geotechnical reports and documentation for review by senior engineers

Support and guide field inspection teams during site activities

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project completion

Assist with evaluating team performance and identifying training needs

Perform general office administrative tasks as needed

What you have:**

Bachelor of Science in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering (or related field)

0-2 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering (Colorado preferred)

Proficiency in soil mechanics and geotechnical analysis

Ability to solve engineering challenges with creativity and critical thinking

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude

What will make you stand out:**

Internship or co-op experience in geotechnical engineering

Familiarity with field logging, lab testing, or foundation design

Demonstrated leadership or mentorship potential

Passion for geotechnical problem-solving and innovation

Preferred Certification(s):**

OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Construction Safety (preferred, not required)
