Room Attendant

What you will be doing Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards. Make beds and change linens, towels, and other room supplies. Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean all areas of guest rooms and bathrooms. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including showers, tubs, sinks, toilets, and countertops. Replenish guest room amenities and supplies.

Ensure guest rooms are properly organized and presented according to hotel standards. Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department. Follow proper procedures for lost and found items. Respond courteously to guest requests and questions. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a safe and organized manner.

Follow all hotel, housekeeping, safety, and sanitation standards. Respect guest privacy and hotel property. Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within established timeframes. Assist other Housekeeping team members as needed. Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift.

Requirements

Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail. Reliable and dependable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow instructions and hotel standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and good personal hygiene. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment as required. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
