CCAN - Director of Finance

The Director of Finance is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the organization#s financial operations. This role oversees budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, forecasting, reimbursement analysis, contract review, and financial compliance. The Director of Finance serves as a key member of the senior leadership team and provides strategic financial guidance to support organizational goals, growth initiatives, and long-term sustainability.

The position is responsible for developing and leading the finance team, ensuring accountability, staff development, effective communication, and operational excellence. The Director of Finance also supports strategic planning efforts by providing financial analysis and recommendations related to partnerships, acquisitions, mergers, investments, and other key business initiatives.
