Night Nurse Tech – Hillcrest Millard Location: Omaha, NE Address: 13225 Westwood Lane, Omaha, NE 68144 Service Line: Hillcrest Millard Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Nights | 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. | Every Other Weekend Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Nurse Techs to join our overnight team at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE.

As a Nurse Tech, you will help bring that mission to life by providing hands-on care, supporting daily routines, and helping guests and residents feel safe, respected, and comfortable throughout the night.

What You’ll Do As a Night Nurse Tech , you will work closely with nurses and other care team members to provide personalized support during the overnight hours. You will: Provide quality personal care and daily living support for guests and residents. Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene, mobility, and other personal-care needs.

Support guests and residents with bedtime routines, nighttime needs, and early-morning care. Assist with meals, snacks, hydration, and other daily needs as appropriate. Respond promptly to call lights and requests for assistance. Help guests and residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for. Observe for changes in condition, behavior, or needs and communicate concerns to the nurse.

Follow individualized care plans and resident or guest preferences. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility as needed. Complete required documentation accurately and on time. Follow established infection-control, safety, and care procedures. Support a calm, comfortable, and safe overnight environment. Build positive relationships with guests, residents, families, and fellow team members.

Jump in and help wherever needed to keep care running smoothly. Education

& Credentials Active Nebraska CNA certification required . Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant course required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, hospital, assisted living, or a similar setting preferred. Why Hillcrest Millard?

Physical & Other Requirements Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Must be able to safely assist guests and residents with activities of daily living, transfers, mobility, and personal care. Must be able to perform repetitive standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and movement throughout the shift. Must be flexible and calm when responding to guest, resident, family, or team needs.

Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced care environment. Must be able to utilize electronic documentation systems and other healthcare technology. Must follow established infection-control, safety, and care procedures. Must be available to work an every-other-weekend rotation .
