JOB TITLE Intern, Digital Wealth & Assisted Digital Banking REPORTS DIRECT TO VP, Business Optimisation & Innovation (Wealth & Deposits), Group Consumer Banking JOB PURPOSE Support the implementation, testing, rollout, and post‑implementation monitoring of the Wealth Management System (WMS) to ensure system stability, quality, and business readiness Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation activities , including test execution, defect tracking, environment validation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors Contribute to post‑go‑live monitoring and production support by identifying, logging, and following up on system issues to ensure smooth system operations and minimal business disruption Gain hands‑on exposure to end‑to‑end system delivery lifecycle , from implementation through stabilization and continuous improvement, while adhering to defined quality standards and timelines Collaborate with business, technology teams and external vendors to support successful delivery outcomes in accordance with agreed quality standards and timelines.

Any other task assigned as and when required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Delivery and Coordination Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Support the tracking of project progress, action items, dependencies, risks and key deliverables. Assist Project Managers, Business Analysts and Product Owners in coordinating implementation activities and stakeholder follow-ups.

Testing and Quality Assurance Execute UAT and regression testing based on approved test scenarios, test cases and expected results. Validate system enhancements, defect fixes and production patches to confirm that business requirements are met. Document, log, track and retest defects through to resolution and closure.

Support test progress reporting, defect trend monitoring and maintenance of testing documentation. Assist in validating system functionality, stability and operational readiness before deployment. Implementation and Production Support Support pre-implementation readiness checks, environment validation and go-live preparation activities.

Assist in coordinating deployment activities and implementation issues across business, technology and vendor teams. Participate in post-go-live monitoring, system health checks, issue validation and stabilisation activities. Work with test leads, developers and vendors to investigate, validate and resolve system issues.

Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve testing practices, operational processes and project delivery effectiveness. Contribute to lessons learned, process improvement initiatives and knowledge documentation. Support continuous improvement of technology-enabled business processes and customer journeys. EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Degree/Diploma holders who are interested to learn testing methodology/framework Ability to support test scoping, test case execution, defect reporting, progress tracking Demonstrates a good working attitude with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
