Team Lead - Buildings & Ground

The Building & Grounds Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Building & Grounds team while actively participating in maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep. This individual will coordinate work orders, prioritize projects, oversee preventive maintenance activities, and provide direction and mentorship to team members.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical maintenance skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring projects and daily responsibilities are completed safely and efficiently.
