Hiring Unit: Department of Integrated Studies in Education (DISE) Course code and title: EDEM 646-025. Planning and Evaluation. Description: Focuses on contemporary approaches to planning, monitoring and evaluating programs across a range of contexts (K-graduation, college, non-governmental organization, adult education centre).
Areas of study include adaptive and strategic management, results-based management, log frame analysis, systems assessment, stakeholder analysis, and fourth generation evaluation. This course is not Team taught. This course is offered online synchronously. - April 30, 2026 Teaching Qualification Requirements (TQRs): Education: 1.Master educator with an MA in a relevant field (curriculum studies, educational leadership or school administration) and/or extensive relevant experience as a school leader or pedagogue
- PhD or equivalent in a relevant field is an asset Experience: 1.Expert knowledge of: Wide range of different theories and approaches to curriculum design, development, and implementation Theory and practice of educational leadership in Quebec and Canadian contexts Educational leadership in contemporary educational settings including but not limited to elementary and high schools and alternative schools 2.Experience as a school administrator, institutional leader, community leader and/or master teacher/instructor in the Quebec educational system Other: Previous successful experience teaching similar course(s) at the graduate level Knowledge of the impact and proven record integrating pedagogical approaches anchored to equity, diversity and inclusion Familiarity using my.
