Job description
Reporting to the Data Services Manager, th Lead Agentic AI Engineer will be responsible for defining, architecting, and operationalizing ATI Business Group's Agentic AI ecosystem to accelerate intelligent automation, enhance decision intelligence, and enable AI-driven execution across enterprise workflows. This role serves as the technical lead for Agentic AI initiatives, driving the design, implementation, governance, and continuous evolution of production-grade AI agents and intelligent systems.
You will lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs), Mixture of Experts (MoE) models, embedding models, visual models, and enterprise systems to create scalable, secure, and business-impacting AI solutions. You will establish technical standards, guide AI architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and partner with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and decision-making across the organization.
