Job Description Job Responsibilities: Research on creation of videos for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) guidelines (Applicants should have previously attended video editing lessons and studied various editing software) .

Research on global green certification and energy ratings for properties globally . Research and creation of online forms that is suitable for filling up of M&E KDR . Support with uploading and creation of all CLAS properties onto Energy Star Portfolio Manager to generate Energy Ratings for all properties . Support with translation work for drawings and documents .

Job Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or any related Building Services discipline. Possesses knowledge of the Environment, Building Services and Sustainability. Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering e.g Microsoft Co-Pilot/ Chatgpt / Claude .

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) . Independent and able to complete task with initiative . Closing Statement: At Capita.
