What's Available: .8 FTE (32 hours/weekly), full-time Monday-Friday, dayshifts, typical hours are 8am-4:30 pm Location: On-site, La Crosse, WI Department: La Cross Acute Care and Hospitalist What You'll Do: Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications.

Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting. Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, and meetings. Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, and events, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

• Growth opportunities and access to Emplify Health’s Career Development Center to help you navigate your career What You'll Need: High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work required 3-4 years relevant experience in office, secretarial, or administrative setting required Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented Strong computer and technology skills, epic experience is a plus!
