SAP Service Manager

SAP Service Manager We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented SAP Service Manager to oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of business-critical IT services. In this role, you will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers, ensuring services are reliable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

You will be responsible for managing services supporting key business processes, driving service quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage IT services throughout their lifecycle, ensuring stable and effective service delivery. Coordinate incident, problem, change, and release activities to maintain high service quality. Monitor service performance, define improvement initiatives, and ensure agreed service levels are met. Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers.

Oversee vendor performance and ensure contractual service commitments are delivered. Support service planning, operational readiness, and continuous service improvements. Contribute to service roadmaps, budgeting, and resource planning. Manage service risks and support compliance with internal governance and security requirements.

Lead stakeholder communication and coordinate service-related escalations when required.

What We're Looking For

Experience in IT Service Management within a complex enterprise environment. Good understanding of IT service management principles and best practices (ITIL knowledge is an advantage). Experience working with SAP-based business applications or enterprise business systems. Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Experience managing external vendors and service providers. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance principles. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value.
