Billing center Cloud Migration Developer

The product scope is now confirmed as Guidewire Billing. Center cloud migration, resolving the earlier ambiguity between Billing. Center-specific and general Guidewire cloud experience. The client wants candidates with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, positioning this as a mid-level rather than senior-architect profile, consistent with a scoped SoW-supported engagement rather than a lead role.

Bilingualism remains a firm requirement, and a certification is now explicitly listed among the criteria, though the client has not specified which one.
