We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant in Intelligent Automation Consulting at EPAM. We need someone to serve as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, overseeing the successful delivery and growth of our Intelligent Automation (IA) services for clients worldwide.

Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leaders, shaping technology and AI-driven automation strategies Define enterprise-wide IA strategies integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Smart Workflows, and Cognitive Analytics Develop business cases and establish measurable outcomes (KPIs, ROI) for automation programs Stay current on emerging trends in AI, Generative AI, and automation platforms (Ui.

Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Platform) to strengthen EPAM’s offerings Manage the successful delivery of complex IA programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams to ensure technical soundness, scalability, and alignment with client objectives Lead process assessment and re-engineering to identify high-impact automation opportunities Establish robust governance and risk management frameworks to ensure quality and compliance Drive pre-sales efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and statement of work definitions Build and expand client relationships to identify new opportunities for Intelligent Automation services Contribute to practice development by creating best practices, accelerators, and thought leadership Requirements 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a significant focus (5+ years) on leading and delivering complex Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI/ML transformation programs Proven track record in a leadership role (e.

g., Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level) with experience managing large teams and diverse stakeholders, both client-side and internal Strong understanding of the complete Intelligent Automation technology stack, including: RPA/BPM Platforms: Deep expertise with leading platforms such as Ui.
