Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

Location/s: Singapore Recruiter Contact: Shing Ying Low Job Responsibilities: At least 3 years of site experience and/or experience in the supervision of Civil Engineering works Experience in site work or site supervision relating to the construction of open cut excavation. Additional experiences on bridge construction will be an advantage.

To liaise and conduct inspection with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor. To assist QP on all structural works carried out according to approved drawings To do structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings issued, the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings and method of statements To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.

To assist in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting record of works, materials, equipment at site, attending meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions, assisting in the coordination of Contractor’s works with consultants and any external parties.

Requirements

RTO registration with IES is mandatory Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering Have at least 3 years of experience in site supervision of infrastructure works undertaken by HDB Be conversant in local legislation, regulations and codes Possess good co-ordination skills, self-motivated, proactive and team player Experience in handover of completed structures to relevant authority will be an advantage <div
