Family Support Specialist: Family Based Recovery- 7352

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To be a resource and support to children and families by: education family members about levels of care, opportunities and local resources; communicating and collaborating with providers and natural supports; providing case management services and supports; and providing stabilization efforts including outreach and sharing resources.

Focus primarily on linkage to ongoing care recommendations and engagement in services and supports.
