Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive English lessons for students from various cultural backgrounds. Assess students' English proficiency and tailor lessons according to their learning needs. Create a positive, encouraging, and student-centered learning environment. Utilize digital teaching tools and online learning platforms effectively.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records. Participate in training sessions, coaching, and professional development programs. Adhere to company policies and uphold high standards of teaching quality and professionalism.

Requirements

English Major or Communication graduate preferred, but not required Fluent to advanced English communication skills 1-3 years of experience in ESL, with
