OLC Operator

General Responsibilities :

1. Execute work orders from superiors.
2. Reporting to the Officer against the shrinkage value that occurred 3. work using PDCA cycle method. (quality, quanty, time)
3. Conduct audit of system implementation and loading and unloading process procedures.
4. Conducting regular meetings to discuss loss / gain and improvement plans.
5. Conduct a gain / loss check and report to a supervisor or department if it finds an abnormality. 7. reporting the condition of the work equipment if it finds the abnormalities,
6. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
7. Responsible for the implementation of work discipline.
8. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites.
9. Creating and maintaining good relations and hamnonis with related parts that are still associated with work activities.
10. Maintain and keep the Company's rules and their obligations executed with awareness in line with the rights that are subordinated to subordinates.
