Assistant Site Manager

What We’re Looking For We are not looking for someone who manages tasks. We are looking for someone who develops people and owns outcomes. You have led people before, and you know what it takes to hold a team to a standard. You take ownership of outcomes, not just effort. Results matter, and you know how to drive them.

You are a natural problem-solver. You diagnose quickly, make decisions with confidence, and follow through. You build people up. The best leaders at Whistle make the people around them better. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active, outdoor environment. Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.

A track record of ownership matters more than a specific title. Big things start here. The leaders who run Whistle markets tomorrow are in this role today. Come build with us. #LI-DNI Base Pay Range $15.00 - $19.00
