Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)

Job Overview: As a Licensed Therapist or Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a variety of mental health concerns. You will create treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with other members of our team to ensure the best possible care for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' individual goals
• Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address clients' mental health concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in the field of mental health therapy Qualifications: All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Texas: LCSW or LMFT or LPC Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) Compensation: Up to $140,000/year depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.
• Adhere to the practice's treatment manual and follow all protocols as outlined.
• Participate in ongoing in-house training to stay current with best practices and ensure alignment with the practice's therapeutic approach.
• Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress.
• Experience providing therapy services to individuals with varying mental health concerns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - ability to provide both in-person and telehealth services
• Commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive care to clients
