Be part of our exciting journey as we continue expanding and creating meaningful, impactful changes for businesses across the region. What will you be doing? Support and complete merchant onboarding by conducting KYC processes within SLA targets.

Ensures payment methods are set up for merchants through backend systems. Ensures accurate data entry handling and collection of documentations from merchants. Ensure processes are compliant and consistent with SOPs. Escalate issues or delays to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with merchants to conduct verification processes via phone or email.

Keep internal trackers and instinctly followup on all pending cases.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus). 1-2 years experience in operations, particularly in onboarding and KYC procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a growing fast-paced environment. Comfortable in communicating with merchants and provide guidance for verifications. Detailed-oriented, quick learner, with strong execution; able to meet SLA targets.
