Key Account Manager

Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor and understand clients’ business goals and challenges. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for key accounts to achieve revenue targets.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account profitability. Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to the internal team. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth account management. Communicate clients’ requirements effectively to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide recommendations to enhance product offerings and address client needs. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and forecasts. Monitor key metrics such as sales volume, market share, and profitability.
