Your responsibilities

Manage the Supply Chain department (Production Planning, Supply Chain Processes, Sourcing & Supply, and Internal/External Logistics). Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and maintain the availability of stock items. Drive operational performance through Group Supply Chain KPIs (Service Level, inventory levels, inventory depreciation, etc.)

Implement the necessary actions to improve processes and achieve objectives. Work closely with internal stakeholders, other Division sites, and the Group Logistics team based in Kempten. Coordinate and align Supply Chain processes with the other HMS Division sites (Como and Lyon).

Your profile

You are able to manage and coordinate a broad scope of activities. You have experience in Supply Chain or a strong interest in Supply Chain Management. You perform well under pressure and possess strong communication skills. You enjoy teamwork while also being able to work independently. You demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of German is considered an asset.
