Along with helping everyday customers find their next vehicle, we work with tradespeople, small businesses, mining companies and fleet buyers.

Our Service Centre also supports thousands of customers with logbook servicing, mechanical repairs, diagnostics and ongoing vehicle maintenance. What You’ll Do Supporting the buying team on a number of administrative tasks. Supporting the post-purchase process to ensure all documentation and key vehicle information is received (such as stocking sheets, pay-out letters, government forms and customer banking information) Managing provenance checks for vehicles and coordination with relevant suppliers and internal teams to collect vehicles purchased from customers.

Stocking vehicles purchased in the dealer management system (Titan DMS). Coordinate with administration teams to ensure payment is made to the customer and remittance advices are sent. Ensure vehicles purchased are processed on a daily basis to enable accurate stocking reports. Preparing internal reports to be sent daily to a variety of key stakeholders in the business.

What You’ll Bring A willingness to learn and work with data Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Competent in using Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint or similar services Comfortable working at pace and to multiple deadlines Excellent organisational skills and ability to deal with ambiguity and manage your time A starter-finisher with a willingness to show initiative A thorough and methodical approach with great attention to detail An ability to recognise opportunities and present solutions Automotive experience would be beneficial though not essential We value people who are: Customer obsessed
