MB Lead Mechanic

The Lead Mechanic Technician – Maui Bus plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of Roberts Hawaii’s Maui Bus fleet. This position is responsible for performing and overseeing vehicle maintenance and repair work on all company buses, vans, and support vehicles assigned to the Maui Bus Division.

The Lead Mechanic Technician supports the Maintenance Supervisor by providing technical expertise, coordinating workflow, and mentoring other mechanics to maintain high maintenance standards that ensure safe, on-time service delivery to the public.
