Key Responsibilities

& Focus: Architect optimal AI team structures, reporting lines, and collaboration models across autonomous, divisional business units. Establish advanced competency frameworks, localized evaluation metrics, and clear career paths for specialized AI talent. Drive cross-unit knowledge sharing, eliminate organizational capability gaps, and standardize AI implementation best practices.

Requirements

5+ years of explicit engineering leadership experience (EM/VPoE level) driving performance evaluations, training, and organizational design. Proven technical background developing and deploying production-level LLM and AI agent functionalities in commercial applications. Hands-on product development, code review, and system incident response experience within the last 3 years.

Strong track record of improving AI/ML hiring velocity by building robust interview frameworks and evaluation criteria. Language & Work Structure: Language: Business-level Japanese communication paired with professional English reading, writing, and text communication skills.
