Director Medical Group Operations, Specialty Care is responsible for the planning, directing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating all operational elements for the medical and surgical specialty practices that comprise St, Mary’s Healthcare Medical Group. The successful individual will collaborate with the administrative team supporting the physician and provider enterprise to drive short & long- range strategic initiatives aimed at increasing provider engagement, improving quality of care & patient outcomes, enhancing revenue cycle outcomes; & ensuring high functioning and efficient practice operations for patients seeking care within the SMH network. With the hospital’s leadership & strategic & operating plans, the Director is responsible for developing volume growth strategies.
