• Oklahoma City, OK, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School / GED, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: Negligible, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Banking, The NQM Operations Administrator I is responsible for implementing and overseeing operational processes for NQM Correspondent purchase and sales by developing the infrastructure, documentation and workflow for controlled, efficient execution of processes. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Builds and manages infrastructure for purchasing loans including, collateral tracking, documentation review, and servicing on-boarding. Manages purchases; checks documentation for funding and creates and sends funding request. Downloads and checks final documents. Tracks and manages collateral shipping. Downloads and standardizes pipeline files. Creates Selene boarding file and boarding documents, and manages weekly Selene/SPS boarding uploads. Manages cancellation documentation. Updates workflow. Assists in the execution and documentation of loan sales by preparing, organizing, and communicating biweekly trades, confirming pricing with sellers, and sending documentation for execution. Assists in the underwriting and onboarding of new clients by managing counterparty onboarding, requesting vendor reviews, and gathering counterparty information. Prepares initial company overview. Coordinates with Banking division for account opening. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. 1-2 years’ mortgage processing, documentation and/or operations experience, required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail. Willingness to enhance process efficiency.
