Education

Provides oversight of the daily operations of the assigned department including staffing and developing/implementing workflows and processes as well as provides input to the leader regarding policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets. Responsible for direct nursing leadership, nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy.

This individual may perform RN duties to skillfully assess the patient’s health and respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that lead to improvement of the patient/family’s self-management skills. Supports continuous quality improvement efforts in order to achieve high quality and ongoing progress in all areas of care and service.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hire 2 year’s nursing experience in related specialty, ambulatory setting; or community health with demonstrated leadership ability BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing FTE: 1 Possible Remote/Hybrid Option: Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America) Shift Start Time: Day Shift Shift End Time: Weekends: Holidays: No Call Obligation: No Union: Union Posting Deadline: Compensation Range: $79,497.
