Join us as a Business Analyst in our Services Planning team. The selected intern(s) will assist in following: Support Program Management: Assist in planning and coordinating GenAI projects, including managing timelines, tracking progress, and facilitating agile ceremonies like scrums and stand-ups. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.

Enable Strategic Discussions: Contribute to new business and innovation conversations, helping shape initiatives that advance healthcare technology. Event & Engagement Execution: Help organize impactful events and workshops that showcase AI-driven solutions. Communications & Outreach: Draft engaging content for internal updates and social media to amplify program visibility.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare concise reports on project status, resource utilization, and key metrics to support decision-making.

About you

Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, persuing a degree in in Business Administration, Risk Management, Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Keen attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude. Basic understanding of Cloud and Generative AI Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
