Transload Transportation Coordinator

This role supports the coordination of transload and final-mile transportation activities, helping ensure freight moves efficiently from origin to delivery.

You will work closely with customers, warehouses, carriers, and internal transportation teams to manage time-sensitive shipments. The position requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to resolve transportation issues quickly. You will monitor container and full-truckload movements while keeping shipment milestones and delivery information accurately updated.

Success in this role depends on staying organized in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting customer deadlines. You’ll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of drayage, transload operations, international freight, and warehouse processes. This is a fully remote position suited to a self-directed logistics professional who takes ownership of every shipment.
