Rig Operator

The Rig Operator, reporting to the assigned Field Supervisor/Tool Pusher, leads a 4–5-person workover rig crew and is responsible for safely operating and driving the assigned workover rig. This position is responsible for crew preparation, rig inspection and maintenance, safe rig-up and rig-down activities, and supporting required safety programs in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and Axis safety and performance standards.

Additional duties may be assigned by the Field Supervisor/Tool Pusher or other designated operations management.
